This silver proof coin was originally part of a five coin set issued in 2015 to celebrate the release of the eleventh film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, titled Avengers: Age of Ultron. This haunting design features Ultron.
The coin's obverse features a design that is familiar to experienced collectors: Ian Rank-Broadley's right-side portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Rank-Broadley shows the monarch wearing a tiara. Her name, "ELIZABETH II," joins "NIUE," "TWO DOLLARS," and "2015" on the rim.
On the reverse, supervillain Ultron extends his left hand menacingly just to the left of the holder. His name, "ULTRON," is inscribed in the upper left, while the date, "2015," is inscribed below
